Dealing with Stress

 

 There are three ways to deal with my stress. The first is to sleep. It's very good because negative emotions are reset when you sleep. And if you sleep well, it's hard to feel stressed, so it's very good. The second thing is to play games. If you play the game seriously, you can forget the negative things, so it's very good. It's also good to play games like Minecraft at your leisure. The third thing is to talk to people. You can relieve stress by having fun stories and laughing with your friends. Depending on the content of the conversation, you will feel stressed, so be careful. The fourth is to eat a delicious meal. It's good to eat junk food once in a while.
